A Day of Reflection and Remembrance Good Friday is a significant Christian holiday because it marks Jesus Christ's crucifixion. Christians all over the world observe this day of solemn reflection and commemoration.
 


The execution of Jesus Christ is the focal occasion in Christian history. As indicated by the Book of scriptures, Jesus was captured, attempted, and condemned to death by execution on Great Friday. Black Friday and Holy Friday are other names for this day.
